We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Movers. As a Mover, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving furniture and other items for our clients. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and excellent customer service skills. Experience is great but not necessary

Essential Functions and Duties (may include but not limited to the following): Pack customers' household goods onsite at their place of residence. Complete household goods inventory

• Will Train.

Delivery of customers' household goods at their residence. Safely load, unload, and transport furniture and other items Follow established routes and schedules for efficient delivery Provide exceptional customer service during the moving process Ensure all items are properly secured during transportation

Requirements:

Be on time. Be Friendly. Be Safe! Neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance. Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local and state laws and regulations. Authorized to work in the United States Drivers safely operate moving truck, performing daily truck inspections and paperwork with customers. Safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings. Valid Driver's License with a good Driving record. Must pass DOD Background check. We will provide vetting for Base Access, NC Real ID is required. Experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar role is beneficial Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients Excellent time management and organizational skills Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus

Working Conditions:

Indoors and outdoors. Lifting of heavy items (75 pounds or more). Frequent squatting and bending. Frequent use of stairs, balancing and walking. Starting pay is $13.00

00 per hour based on experience level. Pay is commission based when on job. Commissioned Pay as well!
