Job Summary At Capital Relocation Group (Agent for Atlas-Van-Lines) We are seeking dedicated and reliable Drivers/Movers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the loading, unloading, and transportation of goods. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Load and unload items from trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Drive box trucks for local deliveries and pickups, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Assist in route planning and execution for efficient delivery schedules. Perform heavy lifting of boxes and furniture, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse and during transport. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding delivery schedules and requirements. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience as a Mover or in a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 75 pounds) consistently throughout the day. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including loading/unloading procedures. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (REQUIRED) CDL A or B Prefered Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
