Full Job Description Pay :
$25-$60/hour (performance-based) $1200+/week for top performers
Job Description:
Vanguard Window Cleaning is hiring motivated, reliable technicians. This is a fast-paced, physical job cleaning residential and storefront windows using professional equipment (water-fed pole / pure water systems / Squeegees If you work hard and move efficiently, you will make good money.
Responsibilities:
Clean exterior windows on homes and businesses Use water-fed pole and traditional tools Transport equipment to job sites Deliver high-quality, streak-free results Communicate professionally with customers
Requirements:
Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting equipment (required) Must be in good physical shape Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Strong work ethic (no micromanaging) Detail-oriented Strong social skill/Able to work with customers
