Part-Time Commercial Cleaner (Reliable Team Only) Camden & Burlington Counties, NJ + Philadelphia Area$17.00 - $20.00 per hour eightfivesix Industries is one of the fastest-growing commercial cleaning providers in South Jersey and the Philadelphia region, servicing professional buildings and apartment communities with a strong focus on quality and consistency. We are hiring dependable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and show up consistently. As we continue to expand, we're looking for team members who want steady work and real growth opportunities. What You'll Do Clean commercial properties and apartment units (turnovers and common areas) to a high professional standard Follow detailed cleaning checklists (no shortcuts) Maintain restrooms, kitchens, offices, hallways, and shared spaces Perform apartment/unit turnover cleanings (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, etc.) Vacuum, mop, dust, and clean glass surfaces Report issues or supply needs when noticed Requirements (Read Carefully - Non-Negotiable) Must have reliable personal vehicle Must have valid driver's license AND active auto insurance Must be willing to travel to job sites in New Jersey and Philadelphia Must be on time and dependable every shift Ability to work independently without supervision Able to handle physical work (standing, walking, lifting, etc.) Professional attitude and communication Preferred (Not Required) Previous commercial cleaning or apartment turnover cleaning experience Schedule Monday through Friday Daytime hours Flexible weekly schedule Pay & Growth $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience and reliability) Performance-based raises Opportunity to move into full-time or leadership roles as we continue to grow (Important) This is not a low-effort position.
