Just real work, real teamwork, and real growth. ✅ What You'll Do You'll work with a team completing multiple junk removal appointments each day, including: Removing furniture, clutter, and household junk Basement, garage, shed, and backyard cleanouts Light disassembly (beds, desks, shelves, etc.) Loading and organizing items in the truck Driving our trucks (21+ drivers only, Non-CDL) Visiting disposal sites and donation centers Delivering a friendly and professional customer experience What a Typical Day Looks Like Morning Start time: 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM Quick team huddle and job rundown Throughout the Day Multiple stops for residential and commercial jobs Dump site visits Donation drop-offs when possible Wrap-Up Finish time: 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM Return to base, quick review, prep for the next day What We're Looking For ✅ Friendly, dependable people who work well with a team ✅ Comfortable with lifting and working indoors/outdoors ✅ Strong communication and customer service mindset ✅ Driver applicants must be 21+ with a clean driving record ✅ No experience required - we train you Why This Job Is Worth It This isn't just hauling junk.
