House Manager Part-Time • Live-Out • Las Vegas, NV A warm and active family of four (plus one beloved dog!) is seeking a reliable and resourceful part-time House Manager to help bring organization and smooth daily operations to their home. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating systems, transforming spaces, and taking ownership of household logistics. You will play a key role in establishing the foundational structure and routines that keep this household running efficiently. Schedule & Compensation Hours 25 hrs/week Schedule 3 days/week, 8 hrs Pay Rate $24/hour Payroll Via Care.com Key Responsibilities Establish household operating systems Design and implement practical routines and systems tailored to the family's lifestyle and needs. Organize household spaces Declutter, organize, and maintain all areas of the home (4 bed / 3 bath, 2,400 sq ft), creating functional and tidy spaces from the ground up. Run household errands Handle shopping, pickups, drop-offs, and other errands as needed to support the day-to-day needs of the family. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation Proven experience in home organization, household management, or a related role Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal direction Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of family privacy Comfortable in a home with children and a pet
