Full-time / Part-time Adirondack Moving Company LLC is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Moving Team Leader / Foreman to join our team. ADK Moving is a fast-paced professional moving company providing both local and long-distance moving services. We are looking for a motivated, dependable leader who can take charge of a crew, provide excellent customer service, and handle the physical demands of the job.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader / Foreman, responsibilities include: Driving box trucks ( 10-foot to 26-foot box trucks ) Leading moving crews on residential and commercial moves Local and out-of-state travel Working weekends as needed Packing customer belongings carefully and efficiently Loading and unloading furniture, boxes, and equipment Disassembling and reassembling furniture Managing job flow and directing team members on-site Ensuring moves are completed safely, professionally, and on schedule Providing exceptional customer service at every job — customer service is extremely important in this role Representing Adirondack Moving Company in a professional manner at all times

What We're Looking For:

Ideal candidates should be: Self-motivated Hard-working Leadership skills Problem solving on job sites Dependable and punctual Personable, polite, and professional with customers Comfortable with physically demanding work Able to work long days when needed Willing to travel for out-of-state jobs (some jobs with overnight stays) Comfortable working weekends Team-oriented with leadership ability

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (Required) CDL NOT required Must be able to repeatedly lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Experience leading a crew (Required) will ask at interview Moving experience: 1 year preferred Truck driving experience: 1 year preferred Packing experience: 1 year preferred Reliable transportation to work
