OUR INDUSTRY LEADING PAY STRUCTURE

$18 to $25 an hour.

Tips:

Average $500+ per month (approximately $3 to $5 an hour). W2 Full employee benefits (not 1099) with Workers Compensation to protect you if you get hurt.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (clean MVR) Demonstrated safe driving practices and ability to remain calm under pressure (e.g., heavy traffic) Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing schedules Dependable transportation to and from work At least 1 year of moving experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Bilingual is a plus High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities:

Drive trucks to and from delivery locations. Maintain vehicle equipment; replace oil, fill gas tank, perform general motor vehicle maintenance as needed for safety. Disassemble and reassemble furniture and appliances. Loading and unloading items with care and attention to detail, ensuring the protection of furniture and fragile items. Efficiently pack boxes, while protecting fragile goods. Unpack items and arrange them in their new location. Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions customers may have during the moving process. Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper vehicle maintenance and adherence to DOT regulations.
