This energetic position requires a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring smooth loadings and unloadings. As a Lead Mover, you will oversee daily tasks, motivate team members, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service. Advancement and raise opportunities are available for the right candidates Duties Load and Unload Trucks, Trailers, Storage Units and/or PODS Lead loading and unloading operations Supervise and coordinate moving activities, including loading and unloading operations Lead a team of movers to ensure timely completion moves Ensure all moving tasks comply with safety standards and company policies Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally during their move Direct team members on job sites Ensure furniture protection & damage prevention Maintain efficiency and professionalism Deliver top-tier customer service Operate basic tools and equipment as needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Support team members with various tasks to ensure project completion. Skills Proven experience in moving, with a focus on heavy lifting and manual handling Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Valid driver's license (required) with your own vehicle (required) Experience in loading & unload procedures (Not required. But will also train) Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting and moving equipment •Salary includes tips - We are also a fair chance/ second chance company. - Ex-felons will also be considered for employment.
