Compensation Starting pay:

$20-$25+ per hour + TIPS Experienced movers start at $25/hour or higher Opportunities for raises based on performance and reliability Performance incentives and bonus opportunities Growth opportunities into Lead Mover and management positions Schedule 20-40 hours per week Flexible scheduling Opportunity for additional hours during busy seasons What You'll Be Doing Loading and unloading furniture and household goods Packing and protecting customer belongings Wrapping furniture with moving blankets and shrink wrap Disassembling and reassembling furniture Working as part of a professional moving team Delivering outstanding customer service Keeping trucks and equipment organized and clean Solving challenges and helping make moving day stress-free for customers What We're Looking For We're not just hiring movers—we're building a team.

This is a physically demanding position . You'll be lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving furniture throughout the day. The work can be challenging, but it's also incredibly rewarding.
