Job Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and texts
• Talk with customers about moving services
• Give basic estimates and pricing
• Schedule and book moving jobs
• Schedule movers to jobs
• Communicate job details and schedules to movers
• Follow up with leads and customers
• Help keep communication organized

• Basic phone and computer skills
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus
