  • 75% of managers promoted from within What You'll Do Safely operate a 26-ft automatic box truck (Non-CDL) Lead moves and deliver a 5-star customer experience Pack, move, and protect customer belongings Perform daily truck inspections Complete paperwork and collect payments Work as part of a high-energy, team-focused crew What We're Looking For (Qualified Drivers) Valid driver's license + safe driving record (required) 21+ preferred for driver eligibility (adjust if needed locally) Ability to lift 75+ lbs and stay active all day Reliable, on-time, and professional Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable leading jobs and interacting with customers Experience as a non-CDL driver, delivery driver, mover, warehouse worker, or in construction/labor roles is a plus—but not required.
