Possible exceptions for valid license for Movers only (non drivers) Must be able to lift and maneuver 75+ lbs up and down stairs, doorways, and around other obstacles. No Theft Charges or Felony Offense within the past 7 years Must be 18+ Years Old (21+ requirement to drive) Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends. Responsibilities Act as a spotter for the Drivers while maneuvering the moving truck into tight spaces, ensuring safety and precision. Prepare the job site while Drivers is meeting with the customer to set up the job for success from the start. Assist in moving items and boxes, prioritizing careful handling and efficient transport. Manage GPS and navigation to support the driver, ensuring distraction-free driving. Participate in packing, pad wrapping, and prepping the job site while the Driver coordinates with the customer. Contribute to detailed inventory checks and accountability of items before and after the move. Uphold the highest standards of customer service, stepping in to assist with customer queries and concerns when needed. Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement to improve job performance. Must follow all instructions and directions given from Driver.
