Job Summary Join our dynamic moving crew as a Moving Crew Member and be a vital part of helping clients transition smoothly to their new spaces! This energetic role involves physically handling and transporting household or office items with precision, safety, and efficiency. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to load, unload, and organize belongings, ensuring each move is seamless and stress-free for our customers. Duties Assist with loading and unloading furniture, boxes, and equipment using appropriate tools such as pallet jacks and dollies.. Handle materials carefully during transportation, ensuring proper stacking, securing loads, and preventing damage during moves. Coordinate with team members to organize items efficiently within trucks or storage areas for optimal space utilization. Maintain safety standards by adhering to mechanical knowledge protocols and conducting regular equipment inspections. Support warehouse distribution activities by assisting with load & unload tasks, and managing heavy lifting requirements. Skills Skilled in operating pallet jacks, dollies. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble and disassemble basic home and office furniture. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper form and technique.
