The Role You will be part of a high-efficiency team of three, executing detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) across various properties, including standard residential maintenance and heavy-duty Move-In/Move-Out resets. Key Responsibilities:

Execute the

Standard of Perfection:

Follow detailed checklists and SOWs to ensure all living spaces meet our 5-star quality benchmarks.

Laundry & Transition Management:

Efficiently manage on-site laundry cycles for property resets, ensuring high-quality linen care and timely bed rotations.

Specialized Detailing:

Perform deep-cleaning tasks including interior appliance detailing (ovens/fridges) and window/glass maintenance.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate within a 3-person crew to complete assignments within strict time windows while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Equipment Stewardship:

Maintain and transport company-branded commercial equipment with the highest level of care. Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Personal Vehicle:

You must have your own reliable personal vehicle for daily transport between job sites in Memphis and the surrounding suburbs.

Active Auto Insurance:

Proof of current, active auto insurance must be provided and kept on file for operational compliance.

Valid Driver's License:

A current, valid driver's license is required for all field positions.

Reliability:

High-level punctuality is a core value of our brand.

Physical Stamina:

This is a high-energy "Power Cleaning" role. You must be able to handle 4-8 hours of active movement, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
