This role involves assisting with the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and transportation of goods for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and experience with moving operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, teamwork, and professionalism are prioritized. Duties Load and unload furniture, appliances, and other household or commercial items using appropriate equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques Safely move items within homes, offices, warehouses, or storage facilities while ensuring protection of property and belongings Assist customers with loading and unloading items during moves or deliveries while providing excellent customer service Operate various vehicles including box trucks and courier vans with manual or automatic transmissions for route driving and delivery purposes Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving equipment and vehicles after each job Follow safety protocols during all phases of moving operations to prevent injuries or property damage Assist with route planning for deliveries or pickups when required Requirements Proven experience in moving, warehouse work, or delivery driving preferred; familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or commercial vehicles is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more) repeatedly throughout the shift Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients Experience with route driving and delivery logistics preferred; familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous Physical stamina to handle long hours on your feet and perform manual labor in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for scheduled jobs This role is vital in ensuring our clients' moving experiences are smooth, safe, and satisfactory.
