Job Summary Join our team as a Mover/Packer and become a big part of helping customers transition smoothly to their new homes! This role involves packing, loading, unloading, and transporting household or commercial items with precision and care. You'll be the driving force behind efficient moves, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction at every step. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being on your feet, and have a passion for delivering excellent service, this position is perfect for you! All roles are paid positions that offer valuable experience in moving operations Duties Safely load and unload items using appropriate equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual handling techniques Pack belongings securely to prevent damage during transit, utilizing proper packing materials and methods Operate box trucks (26 footer, no CDL required.) Use customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during pickups or deliveries, addressing questions or concerns Requirements Prior experience in moving services is a big benefit but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently and safely throughout the shift Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients during service calls Join us in delivering seamless moves that make a difference!
