JOB SUMMARY

Works under close supervision to perform routine moving duties. The Moving Attendant is responsible for assisting with the safe movement, setup, and arrangement of furniture, equipment, and office materials. This role also supports basic installation tasks such as hanging pictures, whiteboards, and other wall-mounted items. The Moving Attendant works independently and as part of a team to support office relocations, space reconfigurations, and general facility's needs within the department of internal medicine.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required Education Minimum 8th grade education and no experience required Licenses and Certifications (DRIVERS)

DRIVERS LICENSE

Valid State of Texas driver's license Upon Hire Preferred Experience Six (6) months moving experience

JOB DUTIES

Assists in department and office relocation by moving and setting up furniture, office supplies, and equipment. Assembles and disassembles office furniture and lab equipment. Sets-up rooms for events by moving chairs and furniture as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
