What You'll Be Doing Loading and unloading furniture, appliances, and household goods Assisting with residential and commercial moves Packing and wrapping items to prevent damage Delivering furniture and appliances to customers Junk removal and property cleanouts (homes, apartments, warehouses) Working as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliable attendance (this is non-negotiable) Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in a physical environment Good attitude and ability to work well with a team Respectful and professional with customers Problem-solver who can think on the fly Preferred (Not Required) Experience in moving, construction, landscaping, or general labor Valid driver's license Experience driving trucks or pulling trailers Schedule Part-time with flexible scheduling Work is based on booked jobs (some days are longer than others) Weekends and weekdays available Pay Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunities for raises and leadership roles Tips from customers on many jobs Why Work With Grit Consistent work opportunities in multiple service lines Laid-back but hardworking team environment Opportunity to grow into driver or crew lead positions We value people who show up and handle business
