Staging Install Mover

We are a design-forward home staging company located in South Austin looking for reliable, detail-oriented Staging Install Mover to support furniture installs, de-stages, and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, works well within a team, and takes pride in executing a plan carefully and professionally. This is not a traditional moving job—you will be working in high-end homes alongside a creative staging team. ________________________________________ The Role As a Staging Install Mover you will support installs and de-stages by safely moving furniture and décor, hanging artwork, and following design direction on site. The Lead Stager directs the design and layout and movers are expected to take direction and execute placements with care and attention to detail. You and Lead Mover will be fully in charge of all packing and picks ups for all staged homes. ________________________________________ What You will Do Including, but not limited to: Load, transport, and install furniture and décor in staged homes Assist with staging installs and de-stages under the direction of the Lead Stager and Lead Mover Follow layout, placement, and styling direction precisely Hang artwork accurately and securely (measuring, leveling, anchoring) Protect walls, floors, and furnishings during installs Assist with light furniture touch-ups and repairs as needed Help maintain warehouse organization and inventory flow Fully responsible for de-stages, including loading and unloading trucks and returning all items to the warehouse properly and securely. Maintain professionalism and respect in client homes Fleet & Equipment Support Operate and ride in a rented box truck as needed Assist with weekly truck pickup and drop-off when assigned Time spent on truck pickup/drop-off is paid and considered part of scheduled work hours ________________________________________

10-20 hours per week (hours vary week to week) $22-$28/hour depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, daytime hours (typically 8:00am-2:00pm) No nights or weekends
