The Role We're looking for reliable, hardworking, respectful individuals who take pride in doing things the right way. As a Garage Organizer, you'll work in small teams at customers' homes transforming cluttered garages into clean, functional spaces. This is hands-on, physical work that requires stamina, attention to detail, and strong people skills. Responsibilities Unload garage contents and sort items by category on the driveway Guide customers through keep, donate, and discard decisions Deep clean garages including vacuuming, dusting, pressure washing, and mopping Assemble and install shelves, racks, cabinets, and wall storage systems Re-organize remaining items in a clean, accessible system Haul away trash or donations when needed This is physical work. Some days are demanding. But every day ends with visible results and a satisfied customer. What a Tough Day Looks Like You walk into a garage that hasn't been touched in years.
