Job Description

WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE
- Arrive on time and fully prepared with all tools and supplies ready
- Greet clients professionally and complete a walkthrough before beginning
- Clean every home and business using the Pristine Legacy Methodical System
- Complete the full room checklist for every area on every visit
- Communicate any issues, damage, or unusual findings to the office immediately
- Finish every space with a top-to-bottom quality check before leaving
- Conduct the closing walkthrough with the client and introduce recurring service options
- Update the client management system with relevant notes before leaving each property
- Represent Pristine Legacy with professionalism, discretion, and genuine care at all times
WHAT IT TAKES
- Pass background check. Integrity is not just a value here. It is a requirement.
- Reliable transportation, valid car insurance and a valid driver's license
- Punctuality and strong communication with team members and office staff
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Willingness to follow uniform standards
- A mindset of care, not just completion. We hire people who take pride in what they do
- A team player who can also work independently when needed
- Coachable. You are open to feedback and committed to getting better
- Prior cleaning, hospitality, or customer service experience No prior professional cleaning experience required.

- Starting $15
- 20 per hour
