Team members must: Be dependable and punctual Have a positive, can-do attitude Be a problem solver who thinks on their feet Take pride in their work and attention to detail Provide excellent customer service Pass background check Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance Have a smartphone with calling, texting, and data capabilities Be physically able to perform cleaning tasks including:- Standing up to 8 hours
- Walking stairs
- Bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs ─────────────────────────────────────────
SCHEDULE OPTIONS
We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Cleaning Specialists with availability during:Daytime:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Evening and weekend shifts will be available periodically but never required This role is ideal for anyone who needs a flexible schedule or is looking to supplement their income without sacrificing their personal life.
PAY & COMPENSATION
Starting Pay:
$18.00 per hour Increase to $20.00 per hour within 3 months (based on performance and attendance)Top Pay:
Up to $25.00 per hour — achievable after 1 year based on performance Paid weekly via direct deposit (every Friday) Travel pay between jobs (see below) Performance bonuses — details discussed during interview ─────────────────────────────────────────SERVICE AREA & TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS
Walk-in office and supply pick-up located at 107 E Bourn St., Rockwall, TX We service locations within 50 miles of our office Must be able to travel up to 45 minutes one-way per day We schedule efficiently to keep your drive time as low as possible ─────────────────────────────────────────TRAVEL PAY
$12.00 per hour while driving between jobs Daily gas stipends based on miles driven: 0-10 miles: $5 11-20 miles: $10 21-35 miles: $15 36-50 miles: $20 51+ miles: $25 ──────────────────────────────────────────READY TO APPLY?
