Momentum Moving is one of Utah's highest-rated moving companies, and we're looking for hardworking, dependable team members who take pride in doing things the right way. We're looking for people who want to grow with a company that values reliability, professionalism, and customer service. What You'll Do Safely load and unload household goods and furniture Protect customers' homes and belongings Pack and wrap furniture properly Drive moving trucks (if qualified) Work directly with customers in their homes Represent the company professionally What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly Excellent customer service skills Clean appearance and professional communication Valid driver's license preferred Moving, construction, warehouse, or delivery experience is a plus What We DON'T Want Chronic call-outs Phone addicts People looking for a paycheck without putting in effort Negativity Pay & Benefits With Tips- starting pay is around $20-$25 per hour depending on experience Tips paid directly to crew Performance bonuses available Growth opportunities into crew lead and management positions Consistent work year-round Qualifications Required Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs repeatedly Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to pass a background check Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Preferred (Not Required) Previous moving experience Experience in construction, landscaping, delivery, warehousing, or other physical labor Valid driver's license with clean driving record Experience driving box trucks Leadership or crew lead experience
