Job Overview This is not your typical cleaning job. We are looking for a part-time Cleaning Technician who takes pride in their work, notices the details others miss, and values doing things the right way. At Evergreen Home Services, we specialize in high end residential cleaning using a non toxic, intentional approach. The work is steady, independent, and held to a high standard. This role is best suited for someone who is consistent, self motivated, and cares about the quality of their work not just getting the job done. Responsibilities Perform detailed residential cleaning in client homes Follow established systems and maintain consistent quality Work independently and manage time effectively Maintain a high level of attention to detail in every space Represent the business professionally in client homes Requirements Reliable transportation Consistent availability (Wednesday-Friday + occasional Saturdays) Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently without constant direction Physically capable (bending, lifting, standing for extended periods) Professional, respectful, and trustworthy
