This energetic role involves physically assisting with the loading, unloading, and transportation of household or commercial items. You will be the backbone of efficient moving operations, ensuring safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service throughout each move. Chance to make a lot more than your hourly with Tips Responsibilities Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment using proper lifting techniques and tools such as dollies, pallet jacks, and shoulder straps when applicable Moving items into or out of trucks, storage units, or new locations with care and professionalism Operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks or drivers' vehicles to transport items between locations following designated routes Use vehicles confidently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols during route driving Load and secure items efficiently in trucks to prevent damage during transit, utilizing straps, padding, or other securing devices Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the moving process and addressing any concerns promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times, including loading docks and storage areas Requirements Proven experience in delivery driving, warehouse work, or moving services preferred; Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and perform manual labor throughout shifts Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or drivers' vehicles is highly desirable Knowledge of route driving and delivery procedures to ensure timely arrivals at multiple destinations Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously during all aspects of loading, unloading, and driving tasks Prior experience with heavy lifting, moving logistics, or courier services will be considered an asset Embark on a rewarding career where your strength and enthusiasm make a real difference!
