Job Description
Job Summary & Requirements The job of Helper is an entry level, temporary/seasonal and full time position (April - September). Applicant MUST be available to work overtime (longer hours or additional days) as needed and with little to no notice. Applicant must be at least 18 years old and have his or her own vehicle to get to and from work. Duties & Job Requirements Assist warehouse personnel with their daily duties (ie: loading trucks and cleaning the warehouse) Assist driver with deliveries. This includes stocking shelves, coolers and displays with product from delivery and backroom storage area. Represent the company in a professional manner Reporting any inventory discrepancies and/or damages to your immediate supervisor Valid driver's license and safe driving record required. Must be maintained for the position. Must be able to get to work on time, and must be able to start as early as 5:30 am. Familiarity with beverage industry desirable. Physical ability to lift, push, pull, reach for, and move product of varying weights of up to 55 lbs. at multiple levels, including above shoulder and at floor level, on a constant basis. Ability to work in cold work environments (35 - 45F) for extended time periods Ability to work in all weather conditions Excellent customer service aptitude; ability to maintain positive interactions. Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently. Flexibility to work extended hours as needed, including extra days and weekends. Experience with pallet jacks and other material handling equipment is helpful. Other duties as necessary. This job description is intended to outline major responsibilities and is not all-inclusive.
