Job Description

Truck Navigator Junk Runners is hiring Truck Navigators to join our growing junk removal team serving Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. This is a physically active job working alongside a Truck Operator to remove furniture, appliances, debris, and unwanted items from homes, apartments, offices, and job sites. If you like staying active, working with a team, and different work every day, this could be a great fit. Pay $19-$23/hour total compensation potential
Includes:
Base hourly pay Performance bonuses Cash tips Overtime opportunities Full-time position with overtime available. What You'll Do Work alongside a Truck Operator throughout the day Remove and load furniture, appliances, junk, and debris Lift and carry heavy items repeatedly Help protect customer property during removals Assist with truck organization and cleanup Navigate routes and assist drivers when backing up Communicate professionally with customers Help donate and recycle usable items Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift 100+ pounds Reliable transportation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions Team player mentality Must own a smartphone Must be punctual and dependable Must pass background check Ideal Candidate Enjoys physical work Works well on a team Good attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working long, active days Interested in growth opportunities into Driver/Operator positions Benefits & Perks Paid overtime opportunities Cash tips Performance bonuses Paid training Opportunity for advancement Stay active and get paid to work out Team-oriented environment Company uniforms provided Schedule 4-5 day work week 10+ hour shifts common About Junk Runners Junk Runners is a locally owned junk removal company focused on professionalism, customer service, donation, and recycling.
