Part-Time About Us Transformations by Jill is a well-established professional home staging company proudly serving over 75 realtors in the Richmond, VA area. With over 14 years of experience, our company specializes in vacant and occupied staging for homes, short- and mid-term rentals, and investor properties. We are committed to professionalism, creativity, and delivering exceptional results. Position Overview We are looking for a physically capable, detail-oriented, and dependable Mover who also brings logistics experience to the table. This role includes loading/unloading furniture, transporting items to and from staging locations, and coordinating with the warehouse and team leads to ensure jobs are executed on time and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and unload furniture and staging items to/from job sites Assist in setting up and breaking down staged homes Coordinate logistics for delivery schedules, routing, and equipment needs Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure moving trucks are clean, organized, and maintained Maintain the organization of warehouse inventory Work closely with staging and warehouse teams to ensure accurate item selection and delivery Securely wrap and protect items to prevent damage during transport Communicate with team leads and clients in a professional manner Uphold safety standards during all moving and lifting tasks Qualifications 2+ years of moving experience (furniture or similar) Logistics or route planning experience (preferred) Valid driver's license Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and safely Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Additional Details Must start daily from our Glen Allen warehouse To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief note explaining why you're a great fit for our team.
