Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Movers to join our team. As a Mover, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving furniture and other items for residential and commercial customers.Duties:
- Load and unload furniture and boxes from trucks
- Safely transport items to designated locations
- Pack and unpack items as needed
- Secure items properly to prevent damage during transportation
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process
- Operate equipment such as box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and potentially tractor-trailers
Experience:
- Previous experience in the moving industry is preferred
- Customer service skills are essential
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Experience as a delivery driver is beneficial
- Familiarity with operating box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or tractor-trailers is advantageous This position requires individuals who are reliable, physically fit, and have a strong work ethic.
