Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential Mover and be a vital part of helping families transition smoothly to their new homes! This energetic role offers the opportunity to engage directly with customers, provide exceptional service, and ensure safe, efficient moves. As a Residential Mover, you'll be responsible for physically transporting household items, setting up furniture, and maintaining a positive experience for clients throughout the moving process. Responsibilities Safely load and unload household belongings using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary Drive box trucks or (personal vehicle) drivers to transport items between locations, following designatEd routines Assist customers with packing, unpacking, and furniture assembly to ensure their satisfaction Load and secure items properly in trucks to prevent damage during transit Communicate clearly with team members and customers to coordinate move details and address any concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or moving roles with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining good physical condition Strong driving skills with experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles with Knowledge of route driving best practices to optimize efficiency and safety on the road Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and moving requirements while maintaining a positive attitude Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a real difference!
