Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Occasional Saturdays may be required This is a long-term opportunity with a growing company. While background check and drug test results are pending, employees may begin working as a General Laborer starting Monday or Tuesday (5/25 or 5/26). Job Description We are seeking a dependable Scale House Attendant / General Labor employee to support daily operations at a waste management facility. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, assists with scale house operations, and helps maintain a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and direct incoming traffic Calculate customer payments and process transactions accurately Inspect incoming loads to ensure compliance and safety Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers Perform general upkeep and organization of the scale house Complete filing, reports, data entry, and other administrative duties Communicate issues and updates to management as needed Assist with general labor duties as assigned Provide professional customer service at all times Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Previous customer service, labor, warehouse, or scale house experience is a plus Comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments Basic computer and data entry skills Reliable attendance and strong communication skills Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs Work Environment Industrial / waste management facility Exposure to weather, noise, dust, and odors Combination of office and outdoor work environment
