Expected Hours:
40 hours per week About the Position Maverick Pilot Development is seeking a motivated and professional Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) to support both flight operations and administrative management for our time-building program based at Prescott Regional Airport. This role is ideal for an instructor who enjoys mentoring pilots while also helping build and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient operation. The position combines flight instruction with operational oversight and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities Flight Instruction Provide high-quality flight instruction and mentorship Conduct flight reviews, proficiency training, and time-building support Ensure students and program participants operate safely and professionally Maintain accurate training and operational records Administrative & Operational Duties Coordinate aircraft maintenance and pilot scheduling Assist with daily operational logistics Monitor and enforce safety procedures and operational standards Help develop and maintain safety protocols Ensure compliance with company procedures and FAA regulations Support communication with program participants and staff Assist with program growth and operational improvements Assist in onboarding and welcoming new participants Qualifications Must pass Prescott SIDA Current FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate Experience with general aviation Strong communication and organizational skills Professional attitude with a strong focus on safety Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience with scheduling, operations, or aviation administration is preferred Experience with four forces or similar systems is a plus To Apply Please send your resume, flight experience, and a brief introduction outlining your interest and availability.
