Instructor/Operator - Alabama (Deployment-Based Role)

$160,000 - $174,000 + benefits Summary Our client, a leader in advanced training and simulation technologies, is seeking an experienced
AH-64E LCT
Instructor/Operator to support aviation training operations. This role is based out of Alabama with long-term overseas deployment supporting mission-critical training programs. Key Responsibilities Maintain liaison with aviation customers to coordinate simulator scheduling and training activities Prepare and submit simulator flight hour utilization and scheduling reports Conduct pre-flight and post-flight simulator inspections, operational readiness checks, and maintenance test flights Deliver instructor pilot services, including aircraft systems, mission scenarios, instrument flight, and emergency procedures Provide IOS support including ATC simulation, weather control, and fault insertion Conduct training, evaluation, and examination of pilots in accordance with applicable aviation standards Review flight planning, provide instruction, and support aircrew throughout training sessions Perform debriefings, grading, and documentation of training events Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for simulator training programs Serve as subject matter expert on aviation procedures, training manuals, and simulator operations Recommend improvements to simulator performance, software, and training materials Qualifications Significant military aviation experience Certified Instructor Pilot Prior
