Position Summary Information Responsibilities Delta State flight courses include: Primary single engine, Instrument Airplane, Multi-Engine Instrument add-on to Private Certificate, Initial Commercial Multi-Engine, Single-Engine add-on to Commercial Certificate, Initial Multi-Engine Flight Instructor, Single-Engine Add-on to CFI, and Instrument Flight Instructor. The Flight Instructor is responsible for providing student training in accordance with Delta State University's Commercial Aviation Department's FAA Part 141

FOM, Appropriate TCO, and Flight Instructor Manual. Qualifications Must have a Current FAA Certified Flight Instructor, Single Engine Certificate. Must have a Current Second Class FAA Medical Prefer in addition to CFI Single engine: Instrument Flight Instructor and Multi Engine Flight Instructor Salary Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and university's resources. Minimum Qualifications Must have a Current FAA Certified Flight Instructor Certificate Must have a Current Second Class FAA Medical Preferred Qualifications Prefer a Current FAA Certified Flight Instructor, Single Engine Certificate, Multi Engine Certificate, Instrument Instructor Certificate.
