Job Overview CFII.net is looking for flight instructors that want to be part of reshaping how flight instruction is handled. If you're based in the Southern California area near KSNA, KFUL, KCNO, KAJO, or KLGB we want you! Check out CFII.net for more info. We are looking for flight instructors that want to own their own pipeline of students, we will help you find students in your area and the plane, but you get to keep your own schedule, money, and flight hours! Open to any instructor, even if you're with a flight school, it's up to your own schedule. Duties Deliver engaging and comprehensive flight instruction in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and industry best practices Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and tailored coaching to enhance flying skills Maintain accurate training records, logbook entries, and compliance documentation for each student Communicate complex concepts effectively through public speaking and classroom instruction techniques Assist students in preparing for written exams and practical flight tests, supporting their journey from novice to licensed pilot Experience Valid Certified Flight Instructor certificate issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or relevant authority Extensive flying experience with a strong understanding of airframe systems and aircraft maintenance procedures Proven ability to develop engaging curriculum content tailored for diverse learning styles Experience working with students in both classroom settings and hands-on flight environments Excellent communication skills If you're interested in the position, please email caden@pilotgpt.com with a resume or recent flight experience and qualifications.
