Pilot - Phenom 100

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pilot to operate the Phenom 100 jet aircraft. Must be based in the Douglas/Coffee County area. Will need to be available on an as-needed basis. The candidate must have prior experience and hold all required certifications and licenses. As a Pilot, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance with federal regulations, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in aviation operations will be essential in providing seamless flight experiences across diverse environments. Responsibilities Operate the Phenom 100 aircraft safely and efficiently, adhering to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies. Conduct pre-flight inspections, review weather conditions, and prepare flight plans to optimize safety and efficiency. Communicate effectively with air traffic control in English, ensuring smooth navigation through complex airspace. Maintain comprehensive flight logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger needs professionally and ensuring a comfortable flying experience. Stay current on aviation industry developments, regulations, and best practices to uphold the highest safety standards. Experience Proven experience as a Pilot operating the Phenom 100 or similar light jet aircraft within commercial or private aviation sectors. Strong knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) applicable to business aviation operations. Background in military aviation or extensive aviation training is advantageous for understanding high-pressure operational environments. Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-focused approach to ensure passenger satisfaction at all times.
