This position will serve as a key member of the executive flight operation, providing safe, efficient, and professional transportation for company leadership throughout the United States. Aircraft Cessna Citation M2 Gen2 Part 91 operations Responsibilities Serve as Pilot in Command Ensure safe and efficient flight operations in compliance with all FAA regulations and company standards Coordinate flight planning, weather analysis, routing, and aircraft performance calculations Maintain aircraft readiness, cleanliness, and operational preparedness Coordinate maintenance scheduling and work closely with service providers Manage passenger experience with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional service Support occasional administrative and operational responsibilities related to aircraft management Qualifications FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating (ATP preferred) Type rating or experience in light jet aircraft preferred Strong knowledge of Part 91 operations Excellent decision-making, communication, and organizational skills Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and travel throughout the United States What We Offer Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits Modern, well-maintained aircraft Direct interaction with executive leadership Diverse nationwide travel schedule Stable, long-term opportunity with a well-capitalized organization
