Job Description
Non-CDL Driver Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Non-CDL Driver to transport goods, materials, or passengers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, strong customer service abilities, and a commitment to following all traffic laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles that do not require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Load, transport, and unload materials or deliveries as assigned Follow scheduled routes and delivery timelines Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and paperwork Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members Ensure cargo is secured properly during transport Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic and safety regulations Provide excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening, if required Previous driving or delivery experience preferred Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while driving Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Frequent entering and exiting of vehicle Ability to work in various weather conditions
