In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of vehicles to transport passengers, efficiently and reliably. Your dedication to excellent customer service and adherence to safety standards will ensure timely transports and satisfied clients. Whether you're shuttling teams, or providing specialized transportation services, your role is essential in supporting our company's mission to deliver excellence every day. Duties Safely operate a variety of vehicles including shuttle buses, wheelchair vans and SUV's, to transport passengers Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and fluid levels. Transport passengers to designated locations promptly while following all traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, answering questions, and ensuring a comfortable experience. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance needs. Perform routine vehicle maintenance or report issues promptly to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Skills Proven experience in driving, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type; commercial driver's license Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and proper vehicle maintenance procedures. Experience with paratransit services or school bus driving is a plus.
