This role ensures members can reliably access the Clubhouse, employment opportunities, appointments, and community activities. While transportation is a major responsibility, this employee remains a full participant in the side-by-side life of the Clubhouse and contributes to daily operations between driving blocks.

Competitive Hourly Rate (Based on experience and qualifications) Position Overview Fresh Start Clubhouse is seeking a dependable and welcoming Clubhouse Generalist with a primary focus on transportation and community access. This role ensures members can reliably access the Clubhouse, employment opportunities, appointments, and community activities. While transportation is a major responsibility, this employee remains a full participant in the side-by-side life of the Clubhouse and contributes to daily operations between driving blocks. Key Responsibilities Transportation & Access Provide AM and PM shuttle service, and occasional employment transportation, appointment rides, and community access transportation using agency vehicles. Vehicle Oversight Complete safety checks, maintain logs, track mileage, and communicate maintenance needs promptly. Side-by-Side Clubhouse Work Participate in clubhouse tasks between routes, empowering member involvement in route planning, ride confirmations, and in-house transportation support processes. Member Support Build positive relationships during transit and encourage attendance, punctuality, and participation. Requirements & Qualifications Valid driver's license with safe driving record Ability to safely operate a 12-15 passenger van or agency vehicle Strong reliability and punctuality Ability to relate respectfully with members Background check and applicable clearances required Preferred Qualifications Experience in human services or transportation support CPR / First Aid certification Familiarity with community resources and local geography Working Conditions Hours 30-40 hours weekly depending assignment. Schedule May include split-shift or staggered hours such as: 7:00 AM

• 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
• 6:00 PM Weekend & Holiday Expectations Must be available at least 1 Saturday per month.

Fresh Start is open on Holidays and staff rotate holiday responsibilities. Fresh Start Clubhouse is an equal opportunity employer.
