Qualifications Trained Birth and/or Postpartum Doula Certification preferred Gentle, compassionate, and intuitive nature Strong communication and emotional intelligence Reliable with flexible availability Responsibilities Provide continuous, gentle support through birth and/or postpartum Nurture mothers with reassurance, presence, and care Support newborn care and feeding with patience and guidance Create a calm, safe, and loving environment Honour each family's unique journey with non-judgmental care Requirements Proof of doula training or certification CPR/First Aid certification Liability insurance Background check Reliable transportation Legal ability to work as an independent contractor Compensation $25-$30 per hour (based on experience) How to Apply Please submit your CV along with proof of training/certification to:michiganfamilyrecruiters@gmail.com
