The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the transportation of goods and belongings, ensuring safe and efficient loading, unloading, and delivery. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional service to our clients. Duties Load/unload items from or onto trucks or vans; ensuring careful handling skills. Must have reliable transportation to drive to designated locations (preferred not mandatory)(If taking ride share such as "taxi,Lyft,Uber,public transport" it is your responsibility to book ahead of time to be to work promptly as assigned. (acceptations for emergency weather/medical exemptions) Follow assigned routes for deliveries and pickups while adhering to safety regulations. Assist in packing and organizing items for transport, ensuring that all belongings are secured properly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipment used during the moving process. Perform heavy lifting as required, demonstrating proper lifting techniques to ensure safety. Qualifications Previous experience in moving or related fields is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license if driving personal vehicle or company vehicles(not needed if taking ride share services) Will need Government ID or identification for tax purposes Strong physical fitness with the capability of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds or more). Customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.(Will at minimum have one or more jobs for you per day)(At minimum 2 or more on weekends;Jobs have a 2 hour minimum paid whether client uses the full time or not.)
