You will be responsible for transporting clients to and from appointments, treatment centers, and community activities with professionalism and compassion. Duties Part time, Monday-Friday. Split shift schedule. Hours are 6:30am-9:15am - 2:45pm-4:30pm. Additional hours as needed. Safely operate shuttle vehicles, buses, or specialized transportation vans to transport clients to scheduled appointments and activities Assist clients with boarding and exiting vehicles, providing support as needed for mobility or safety concerns Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of vehicles to ensure optimal operation and safety standards Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and dispatchers to coordinate schedules and address any issues during transit Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure secure transportation at all times Conduct pre-trip inspections to verify vehicle readiness and report any mechanical issues promptly Handle heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility devices or luggage in a courteous manner Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, or commercial driving preferred Prior experience as a delivery driver or paratransit driver highly desirable Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices for various vehicle types including driver, limousine, or school bus driving experience beneficial Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist clients with mobility needs Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge for routine checks and minor repairs Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professionalism at all times Join us in delivering compassionate transportation services that make a real difference!
