Sign HolderThe Dispensary by The BuddboyzPosition Overview The Dispensary by The Buddboyz is seeking reliable, professional, and customer-friendly individuals to promote the business by holding and displaying company signage in designated areas. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced dispensary environment. Responsibilities Hold and display company signs in high-traffic areas to promote The Dispensary by The Buddboyz Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner while interacting with the public Direct interested customers to the dispensary location when needed Maintain professional at all times Communicate effectively with dispensary staff and management Arrive on time and work assigned shifts reliably Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and responsibly Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable transportation for travel to assigned locations or events Prior customer service or dispensary experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & Availability Flexible scheduling may be available Weekend and evening availability preferred Compensation $20/hour plus bonus incentives
