Are you a reliable and safety-conscious driver looking for a part-time opportunity? We are recruiting Transit Drivers in Baker County. We need someone excellent with people, professional in communication, dedicated, and excited about learning the world of transportation. Successful applicants will be subject to a pre-employment drug test and criminal history background check. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Position Duties Include:
- Transport elderly persons with disabilities, and the general public to a variety of locations in the Wallowa County area and occasionally beyond.
- Transport clients to medical appointments as needed.
- Maintain records on the number of passengers, miles driven, etc.
- Responsible for fueling, routine vehicle inspections, and cleaning vehicle interiors
Wage:
$17.33 to $22.72 an hourSchedule:
- 11 to 19 hours per week.
- Days and hours to be arranged by the employer.
