Trolley Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Trolley Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating trolleys and shuttle vehicles to transport passengers efficiently within designated areas. Duties Safely operate trolley, shuttle, and bus vehicles, including motor coaches, school buses, and paratransit vehicles, ensuring passenger safety at all times Transport passengers along designated routes, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and ensure proper maintenance before each shift Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing friendly and helpful customer service Communicate clearly with dispatchers and team members using effective communication skills to coordinate routes and report any incidents or delays Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition reports Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment for passengers and staff Skills Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor issues Proven experience in commercial driving, including shuttle driving, delivery driving, or bus driving roles Familiarity with various vehicle types such as motor coaches, school buses, limousines, is a plus Excellent communication skills in English for interacting with passengers and team members effectively Ability to handle paratransit services with sensitivity and professionalism Knowledge of maintenance procedures to support vehicle upkeep and safety compliance Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage diverse passenger needs confidently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; appropriate endorsements for different vehicle types preferred Experience in driving under various conditions with a focus on safety and reliability Be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering safe, efficient, and friendly transportation services.
