CMGT is currently seeking a Site Visit Specialist in the surrounding areas for Baton Rouge/Livingston/Tangipahoa/Ascension. Job Duties for a

Site Visit Specialist:

Individual will critically examine each community, notating any issues in need of repair, correction, or attention. Attention to detail is a key part of this position. Must be highly comfortable utilizing software (i.e., smart phones, smart phone cameras, software, etc.) Other responsibilities include assisting Community Managers with processing letters, contacting vendors and assisting Corporate staff with data entry or other duties as assigned. Work will entail driving to and through communities up to 90% of the time. Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record as well as proof of current car insurance. Mileage will be paid. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent Background Check required Must be willing to travel around the Denham Springs area and surrounding parishes. This position is 95% on the road. Salary $14.00 per hour plus mileage
