Executive Private Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and professional Executive Private Driver to provide exceptional transportation services for high-profile clients. This role requires a dedicated individual who combines expert driving skills with outstanding customer service, ensuring safety, comfort, and discretion at all times. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and possess a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and hospitality standards. Duties Safely operate luxury vehicles, including limousines, box trucks, and shuttle buses, to transport clients to various destinations efficiently and comfortably Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle to ensure a professional appearance and optimal performance Plan routes ahead of time, considering traffic conditions and client preferences to ensure punctual arrivals Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing special requests with discretion Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic mechanical checks to identify maintenance needs or safety issues Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every journey Keep detailed logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition reports for accountability and maintenance scheduling Qualifications Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or as a limousine driver with a clean driving record Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and mechanical troubleshooting for various vehicle types including buses, school buses, box trucks, and limousines Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type; additional certifications such as driver or bus driver license are highly desirable Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation tools Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Prior experience in hospitality or delivering exceptional service in high-end environments is preferred Join us as an Executive Private Driver and be part of a team committed to delivering unparalleled transportation experiences.
