Overview Join our dynamic team as an Interstate Sprinter Van Driver, where your energetic driving skills and commitment to safety will keep our operations moving smoothly across state lines. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and securely, ensuring timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help us maintain a high standard of reliability and satisfaction for our clients and partners. Responsibilities Safely operate sprinter vans across interstate routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Load, secure, and unload cargo with care, ensuring items are protected during transit. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues promptly. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain mechanical safety and report any maintenance needs immediately. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and compliance records throughout each shift. Provide exceptional customer service by representing the company professionally during pickups and drop-offs. Manage behavior and ensure safety protocols are followed when working with diverse clients, including children or seniors when applicable. Requirements Proven experience in Cargo Van driving, commercial driving, or similar transportation roles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL NOT requred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities. Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor issues. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle behavior management professionally.
